Metz Culinary Management was established in 1994 as a custom on-site management company, with a “guest first” philosophy for the groups we serve, including healthcare, education, corporate dining, and airports. Our commitment is to providing restaurant-inspired hospitality for each and every guest.

By taking the time to learn the needs of those we serve, Metz provides unsurpassed service that exceeds the needs of our guests. In keeping with our focus on guest satisfaction, Metz expanded in 2000 to include a facility services division that offers a greater variety of outsourcing solutions, including maintenance, housekeeping/custodial, laundry, and security.

Today, Metz Culinary Management is one of the top 15 dining service contract management companies*. We currently manage a diverse portfolio in the northeast, mid-Atlantic, southeast, south and the mid-west.
