Metz Regional Support Chef, Fred Wagner recently judged culinary creations resulting from three-part cooking competition at Stroudsburg Middle School. The competition was an initiative of the Stroudsburg Middle School Parent Teacher Association, Monroe Career and Technical Institute and Trackside Grille.
