Patient Services Manager

The patient services manager first and foremost responsibility is to create and maintain a successful patient food service experience program that exceeds expectations. The patient services manager must have exemplary customer/client relationship skills.  Must have the ability to listen and implement those needs into the patient food service operation. The patient services manager oversees a staff of dietary aids and the kitchen operation staff.  Oversees the planning, coordination and management all patient/resident nutrition care activities complying with the standards established by federal, state and local health regulatory agencies and client.
