Higher Education Executive Chef & Catering Manager
Metz Culinary Management is looking for enthusiast individuals to lead the culinary and catering teams at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. The primary responsibility of the executive chef is to supervise culinary operations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, menu planning, controlling food costs and supervising culinary staff. The ideal candidate should have 4 years food preparation and management experience in a restaurant/catering establishments, strong organizational skills, and supervisory skills, knowledge of food preparation activities, kitchen sanitation and safety.
