Positions include food service directors, operations managers, executive chefs, retail managers, sous chefs, patient service managers, clinical dietitians, and clinical nutrition managers. Qualified candidates will have hands-on day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for café, strong supervisory, and the ability to motivate employees to continually improve performance and outcomes with a passion for preparing and executing outstanding dining experiences. Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment in high volume acute care hospital setting. College degree preferred. Proven experience in employee relations, financial management, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance would be a plus.
