Metz is currently seeking Food Service Directors, Executive Chefs, Retail Managers and Clinical Nutrition Managers with Food & Nutritional Service experience in an acute care environment in the Northeast DE area. Qualified candidates must have hands-on day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for cafe and strong supervisory & financial skills. Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment in health care operation setting. College degree preferred.
