Metz Culinary Management, a leading contract food service management company, is seeking candidates for its anticipated growth in the Dover, Delaware and Salisbury, Maryland areas. We are currently seeking Food Service Directors, Executive Chefs, Retail Managers and Clinical Nutrition Managers with Food & Nutrition Service experience in an acute care environment. Qualified candidates must have hands-on, day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for cafe and strong supervisory & financial skills. Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment in health care operation setting. College degree preferred. Culinary, budget planning, and food cost, clinical, patient feeding and retail experience along with TJC regulations would be a plus. We offer excellent salary and benefits package.
