Food Service Director for an Acute Care Hospital
Metz Culinary Management currently has opportunities for a Director, Executive Chef, Retail Managers and Clinical Nutrition Managers for Food & Nutritional Service to manage an acute-care hospital system in the Greater Philadelphia area. Qualified candidates must have hands-on day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for cafe and strong supervisory & financial skills. Candidate must have a proven record of accomplishment in health care operation setting. College degree preferred. Culinary, budget planning, and food cost and retail experience along with TJC regulations would be a plus.
