Metz Culinary Management a leading contract food service management company, is seeking candidates for multiple Food and Nutrition positions in the Baltimore, MD area. We are preparing for anticipated growth in our health care division and are looking for individuals who have a job but are looking for a career with a growing food service company that values people first and has a passion for food and service. Positions include Food service Directors, Executive Chefs, Clinical Nutrition Managers and Retail and Patient Service Managers. Qualified candidates must have hands-on day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for cafe and strong supervisory & financial skills. Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment in health care operation setting. College degree preferred. Culinary, budget planning, and food cost, clinical, patient feeding and retail experience along with TJC regulations would be a plus. We offer excellent salary and benefits package.
