Metz Culinary Management is looking for an enthusiast individual to lead the culinary team at Lake Erie College. Primary responsibility of this position is supervising operations in the board operation and catering departments. Other responsibilities, include, but are not limited to, training, planning and pricing and putting production together for menus, controlling food cost through waste control and product utilization.
