Metz Culinary Management is looking for an enthusiast individual to lead the culinary team at St. Joesph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Primary responsibility of this position is supervising culinary operations. Other responsibilities, include, but are not limited to, menu planning, controlling food costs and supervising culinary staff. Ideal candidate should have 5 years food preparation and management experience in a restaurant/catering establishments, strong organizational skills and supervisory skills, knowledge of food preparation activities, kitchen sanitation and safety.
