Metz Culinary Management is looking for an enthusiast individual to lead the culinary team at an acute care facility in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area. Primary responsibility of the position is supervising culinary operations. Other responsibilities, include, but are not limited to, menu planning, controlling food costs and supervising culinary staff. The ideal candidate should have 5 years food preparation and management experience in restaurant/catering establishments, strong organizational skills and supervisory skills, knowledge of food preparation activities, kitchen sanitation and safety.
