Greg Polk Named Executive Vice President of Operations

It is with great pleasure that we inform you of the promotion of Greg Polk to Executive Vice President of Operations for Metz Culinary Management.
In his new role, Greg will be responsible for the overall operations of our accounts and the continued implementation of our strategic plans. He will be working directly with our operations team to formulate our strategy in a way that best addresses the needs of our partners and guests. Greg has been working for our family for 24 years, and as a valued member of the Metz Culinary Management team since 1995, most recently serving in the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations.
When we decided that this position was needed, we knew right away that Greg was the right person to step into this role. He has demonstrated strong business and financial management expertise, an exceptional level of job performance, outstanding dedication to the company and our values, and excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. These key qualities, that Greg possesses, will help drive the company forward to achieve our goals.
