“We made the decision to transition our nutrition services contract to Metz at the end of 2018. From the first interactions with the transition team, they put our worries at ease. Transitioning numerous hospitals in various geographic regions over a matter of days was not an easy task, but the Metz team executed flawlessly. Since then, the relationship has only grown.
Metz has been committed to quality and innovation and has brought to our menus and food offerings that have been appreciated by both employees and patients. In the first year, our retail sales increased by 18%. From the patient perspective, the chefs at each campus work to create menus that cater to local cuisine preferences.
