Students at Niagara University in Buffalo now have the option of preordering groceries and other items from the campus c-store for pickup and will eventually also have the option of getting it delivered as well through the Metz REStock program.

Metz Culinary Management’s executive chef Bradley Nash, of St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, recently served as a guest judge for the Ohio Culinary Affair with Pork. According to his general manager, Brad’s passion for cooking and creating excellent dishes is something he values and wants to pass on to the future generations of upcoming chefs.
