March 11 Update
Clearly, the ongoing developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) have been front and center for all of us. Communication, in both directions, is absolutely critical as we work together to prepare for next steps. To that end, we have prepared and are sharing with our partners our current action plans for both food and environmental services and we will continue to communicate with them as these steps evolve. At Metz Culinary Management, our number one priority is the safety and welfare of our team members and our guests.
The situation is very fluid at this point and changing on a minute-to-minute basis. The point I wish to emphasize is that our response plans will be flexible and conform to our partners. We will do our utmost to comply with any restrictions, closures or special service needs.
We know these are uncertain times and by the time you read this, the situation involving COVID-19 might have already changed. The dynamics are simply happening that quickly. But what won’t change is our partnership and our commitment to do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved with our company, while preserving the continuity of our ability to serve our guests.
