We are seeking an executive chef or a strong sous chef ready to take on the role of executive chef in a busy hospital setting. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospital food service with a strong union leadership background. A strong focus on current and trending recipes as well as varied dietary considerations. Strong knowledge of the entire culinary process, management of staff, inventory and budgeting, menu development and implementation.
