We will provide a 90-day paid training program in various locations and divisions to include healthcare, higher education, public & independent K-12 schools, and corporate dining! This is a great opportunity to learn the contract dining business front to back while enjoying a work-life balance and fun atmosphere in over 350 locations throughout the Eastern US. Our managers-in-training start their contract dining services career working side by side with our awesome team members in a supervisory role reporting to food service directors and executive chefs. You will learn our recipe for success in the following areas:

  • Inventory and budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Impeccable work ethic and dynamic leadership skills
  • Administrative skills to include technology and office equipment
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office
