Clinical Nutrition Manager
Metz Culinary Management, a premier food service provider, is seeking a clinical nutrition manager for a hospital in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The responsibilities include leading the clinical team, managing labor and resources, establishing standards, and maintaining satisfaction and regulatory compliance in the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, is a registered dietitian and licensed in the state of Maryland, and has a minimum of 3 years progressive experience and 2 years management experience preferably in an acute care setting. EPIC and CBORD experience preferred. Strong client and customer service skills are essential to success in this role.
