Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a chef manager and sous chef who share our passion for food and service in South Beach, Miami, FL. These positions offer a prominent opportunity in our higher education division. The positions require a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a chef manager and sous chef who are comfortable and ready to hit the ground running in a fast paced contract dining services setting.
These positions have the primary responsibility of overseeing all aspects of food and hospitality within the dining services for a higher education account including food cost analysis, catering services, budget development, training, inventory, ordering and menu writing. The ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills, culinary skills, and offer at least 3+ years food service management experience.
